At Sustainable Energy Systems, he managed significant solar projects, totaling 1.2 MW of commercial and 47 residential solar systems. Previously, as President of SunSource Homes, Keith led the installation of 3.8MW of commercial solar projects and over 1,000 residential systems, showcasing his profound expertise in solar PV system design, construction, and a broad range of engineering disciplines.

At SunSource, Casey leads engagement with churches and nonprofits, helping them navigate the transition to renewable energy with clarity and confidence. He specializes in fostering stakeholder collaboration, aligning energy solutions with organizational values, and ensuring projects strengthen both financial and community resilience. Casey is widely recognized for his ability to bridge technical solutions with the deeper mission and identity of the communities he serves.

Since joining SunSource at its conception, Reemo has combined his Salesforce Administrator certifications (201 & 211) with a deep understanding of solar industry systems, supporting back-end operations since 2020. Driven by a commitment to excellence, he focuses on building tools and processes that empower the team to focus on their craft.
